The Amended Agreement
 
I can however, confirm that the Satellite Agreement and Uplink Agreement have been extended beyond 30 June 1998. In respect of the term of the Agreement I also confirm that the Expiry Date is 31 August 1999 and accordingly I have included this in the letter
