Conflict of Interest
 
As above he now removes himself as Company Secretary Date of termination of appointment 03.09.2002; Having now failed to issue proceedings to my original claim, stopped (stayed) my Counterclaim, removed my Defense to Flextech’s false claim and then put a complete stop on everything using the change in the law (automatic stay), my Solicitor now removes himself, by simply declaring that a conflict of interest has arisen and he can no longer act on my behalf, and I should now engage another firm of solicitors.
