Damage

As, at the date of this letter, Flextech have failed to make such transponder time available, Flextech are in repudiatory breach of the Agreement. UKN remain willing to perform their obligations and in that respect we would ask you to confirm that Flextech will make immediately available the time specified in the Agreement.
